Refunds
Because most of our items are made to order or custom made, we do not offer refunds of any kind. We do not offer any refunds, under any circumstances, for items that have a shipping delay or factory delay. This is something out of our control. We will do our best to work with the suppliers or help you contact shipping carriers when needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do how ever offer returns for store credit only if an item is defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged or defected you must email us photos to thewildcactusllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of item. We will exchange/replace the same item when available or shop credit will be given. We will email a shipping label to return the item and you will have 5 business days to print/ship the item or the label and the exchange/credit will be canceled and no longer valid/available.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us within the 48 hour time frame from delivery and once the return is accepted we will email you a shipping label that you are responsible for printing. You then have 5 business days to print/ship the item(s) or the label and the exchange/credit will be canceled and no longer valid/available.
Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale are final. There is no returns accepted. This includes, but not limited to, T-Shirt Tuesday Sales, Sale items, or Pre-order Items.
Shipping times for exchanges
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
